Q: I am a personal shopper, why can't I buy

A: This is a trade site only and we sell under TRADE conditions of sale that are inappropriate for buyers of single or even a few items, please view our retailers list for a stockist near you.

Q: Why Can't I see prices?

A: Our site is a trade site only and all users need to be approved by Weartrade Ltd, if you have recently registered you may be waiting approval, following which you will have full access.

Q: Will I have exclusivity in my area?

A: We can never guarantee exclusivity to any customer unless they are purchasing the complete manufacturing run. However where an account has sufficient annual spend we will make every attempt to limit supply locally. However we do supply several national & regional chains who buy centrally and we have no prior knowledge as to the distribution of their purchases.

No preferential supply or exclusivity can be assumed for web based customers or sellers who do not trade from fixed retail premises.

Q:  Can I return goods?

A: As a trade buyer there is no right of return, however we do accept returns bought at full trade price for up to 7 days after delivery as long as the goods are unopened in their original packaging and will issue a credit note for the value, you pay the returns cost and the goods are sent at your risk and remain yours until signed for at our premises.

Q: Can I open a trade credit account.

A: We offer credit for regular buyers, we need to identify the legal entity we are providing credit to, so you will need to complete a Trade Credit Application Form and once we have verified your trading credentials and taken up trade references we will offer you a credit limit, occasional or small buyers often do not meet this criteria.

Generally it's best to pre-pay your first one or two orders, once you know the product sells for you, then apply for a trade credit account.

Q: Do you Export?

A: Yes, we export whole scarves and accessories worldwide. Our usual terms apply, but we may have to quote carriage specifically for an export order. We use UPS/FedEx etc for export carriage so all orders are traceable. we do not accept orders for collection from export customers. Payment for export orders, unless credit facilities have been arranged, need to be by credit card with the card registered to the delivery address.
