Delivery:

Delivery to the UK mainland is charged is £9.50 on all orders under £300 ex VAT, we use a next day courier service and if we receive your order before 11:00 we attempt to dispatch the same day*. In all cases orders recived an paid** for wil normally be dispatched within two working days.

Remote or overseas locations may take more than one day and is subject to the carriers normal terms of service. Overseas, remote and non-mainland locations may incur additional charges, please contact us on +44 1442 256 046 if you need advance notice.

Returns:

As a trade site there is no legal right to return goods, naturally we accept returns for faulty goods in season or within 6 weeks of delivery. Should you decide any products are unsuitable we happily accept returns for replacements within 14 days of delivery, goods must be unopened, we do not accept back goods for exchange once opened. Exchanged goods are returned at your cost and remain your liability until received by us so we recommend you ensure you use an service that covers any postal losses.
